We've set the curve adjustment internally to an optimized angle. As some people want finer control, we will likely add a manual adjustment to a future release. Note: Manual curve adjustments have been added to the latest versions of VectorPro and VectorPro Color.
There is no max image size for VectorPro Mac. Unlike the iPhone, most desktop and laptop computers have enough resources to handle very large images.
You can turn on cropping and resizing in the Settings App on your iPhone.
Older devices may run slow when tracing complex images (images with many separate areas of color). For a speed boost, you can reduce the target image dimension in the Settings App on your iPhone. More recent devices shouldn't need to do this.
FaceChat uses your Facebook username and Facebook password. Your Facebook username is the one used in your vanity url: www.facebook.com/*yourusername*. Note: this is different from your Facebook email that you may login to Facebook with.
If you're unsure of your Facebook username, go here: http://www.facebook.com/sitetour/chat.php and click "Other - Windows/Mac/Linux" towards the bottom. Your username will be listed in section #2.
Note: make sure your username is all lowercase letters, even if your Facebook vanity url uses uppercase. For example, if your username is "UserName", log into FaceChat with "username".

If you're having trouble logging in, please check the following: 1. Make sure you're connected to the internet. 2. Make sure you're using your Facebook username (not your email address or email username) as explained above. 3. Make sure you're using your correct Facebook password.
If you've checked all possible issues and you're still having trouble logging in, this may be caused by a known issue with Facebook chat servers which affects all desktop chat clients. Usually, logging in several times until connected will bypass the issue. The issue does not affect connectivity once authenticated, so you should be able to use FaceChat throughout the day without issue.
Also, some users have reported that changing your Facebook password will fix the issue (even back to the same password).

Yes, just enter a new username and password into the login form, you'll then login with that account. Click "Remember me" on the login screen to store that identity in your Mac's Keychain.
For Lomo Studio, the maximum resolution for saved images is around 600px (the size that is visible in the application). Lomo Studio+ has the ability to save images at different resolutions, up to 2x the visible image size.
